Copper clad windows galore! The Hewitt Building erected in 1912 housed the Cooper Union Art School's art studios, public programs, and architectural archives. The windows, all copper clad, have either wavy glass or chicken wire. Some of these windows are 9 feet tall - with their rich weathered patina - these make great mirrors
There are various sizes. Each window is prepared to order. The frames can be is stripped, cleaned, and the glass can be hand-silvered to create a unique mirror. Or the windows can be bought as is. |
We also sell the glass without the frames (see plate glass). These windows can be a great addition to a salon, hotel, office, home, or any place that you can imagine.
